"I am always on the go and have neglected to look after myself over the years, so I now feel the reflection in the mirror looks older than I feel. I was recommended by a friend to Dr Masan for some Botox® treatment to smooth away my lines and wrinkles. I was really nervous at first but Dr Masani really put my mind at rest and although he told me that I needed more units of Botox® to achieve a more youthful look, he suggested I try Baby Botox® at first to give me an idea of what the treatment was like without it being too much of a change. The Baby Botox® treatment itself was fine, I’m not a fan of needles, but with numbing cream and icepacks I hardly felt a thing and the actual procedure itself doesn’t take long. I must admit I enjoyed the pampering bit of cleansers and after treatment cream and Lycogel® foundation, so I left there with no visible trace that I had had anything done and almost felt I’d had a mini-facial at the same time. About two weeks after the Botox® I noticed my deeper lines and wrinkles had smoothed out quite a bit. I also noticed the lift of my eyebrows that automatically made my eyes look less tired and heavy. I feel I look younger as although the changes are subtle they are realistic as I certainly didn’t want the frozen face look. Next time round I will have the full Botox® as I have seen what a difference it has made."
