Dr Masani at the Mayfair Practice offers a diverse range of non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments that will help improve and maintain your skin, face and body.  Most of these "lunchtime" treatments have no recovery or downtime and results can be enjoyed almost immediately.

We are proud to be one of the first clinics in Britain to offer the VELASHAPE™ treatment.  This is an FDA approved treatment for the reduction of cellulite and also gives circumferencial reduction of the thighs.  This treatment significantly improves body contours and can be used on upper arms, thighs, love handles, buttocks and tummy.  To see more select VelaShape from the menu options.

Here at the Mayfair Practice we aim to provide a comfortable treatment.  Each facial treatments begins with cleansing the skin with Agera® cleanser, then the use of anaesthetic creams where appropriate, we then cool the skin to reduce discomfort, then after the treatment finishing with Agera® RX SPF25 Daily Moisturiser.

Dr Masani's profile

Dr Masani MBBS interest in Aesthetics developed from his experience in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.  With the development of technology & treatments available today it is possible for Dr Masani to achieve good results without the use of General Anaesthetic and surgery.  This made it possible for Dr Masani to deliver treatments in his Private Practice which complement his GP services.  Dr Masani actively attends a wide range of courses, training workshops and seminars to keep at the forefront of Aethestic treatments.  He has applied various new techniques to his treatments which have given superb results and allow the treatment in more body areas to give greater results.

Laser & Skin Peel Technicians:

Meena & Daina are fully trained in the use of ELOS™ IPL (Intense Pulse Light), VelaShape™, Dermaroller™, Microdermabrasion and Skin Peels, they work under the guidance of Dr Masani and assist with other procedures to ensure your comfort and safety.
